LEGATO!

In the spring of 2008, the MCHS Band Boosters launched the premier issue of Legato, the quarterly newsletter of the organization.

In musical notation, the Italian word legato (literally meaning “tied-together”) indicates that musical notes are played smoothly. That is, transitioning from note to note, there should be no intervening silence. With this quarterly newsletter, we hope to bring you information and news on a regular basis that helps you stay “tied-together” with what’s going on in the MCHS music program.
